1. Install My Phone Explorer on your PC
2. Establish a connection between your Mobile Phone and My Phone Explorer via Bluetooth or Data Cable
3. Now, In My Phone Explorer go to File – Settings – Behavior and check the option “Decrease PC volume during calls to:” and choose how much you want to reduce, click OK. Done.
