Google has officially announced to Shutdown its popular online Photo Editing Service, Picnik on April 19, 2012. Google acquired this online photo editor in 2010, and has decided to retire the product so that the Picnik team could work on creating photo editing magic on other Google Products.Refunds and Free Premium Services
Google has announced to provide full refunds for premium account holders, and apart from this Premium Services are free to everyone until Picnik closes in April.
Users can copy their creations to Google+ or Download as a Zip File through Picnik Takeout
