K Computer, produced by Fijitsu at the RIKEN Advanced Institute for Computational Science campus in Kobe, Japan is the World’s Fastest Super Computer with a rating of over 8 petaflops  and Rmax of 10.51 petaflops, according to top500.org . K Computer is expected to get fully operational by November 2012.
